What we collect

When you submit a request: the service needed, ZIP code, timing, name, phone, optional email and notes, and your consent. We also record how you found us (campaign parameters and referrer), device type, and a hashed, salted version of your IP address for abuse prevention.

How we share it

We share your request with up to three independent restoration companies that serve your area so they can contact you. Calls to our number may be routed to those companies and may be recorded and tracked for quality and billing.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled, we use Google Tag Manager and related tools to measure site use and ad performance.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your request data or stop contact by replying STOP to a text or contacting us through the contact page.
