Terms of use

Draft for legal review. Last updated September 29, 2026.

Referral service

Cross Timber Restoration is a free referral service. We are not a restoration contractor. Calls and requests are routed to independent restoration companies that serve your area; those companies set their own prices, perform the work and hold their own licenses and insurance.

No guarantee

We don't guarantee that a company will be available, their response time, price or workmanship. Verify licenses (including TDLR mold licenses where required) and insurance before hiring.
